Frequently Asked Questions

    1. They ship separate from in-stock items
    2. Depending on the queue of orders, they will take time to ship out
    3. “I received my shipping notification but it hasn’t updated” – Your shipping notification my take some time to update as we work on your cable.
    4. No returns or refunds on custom cables.  Once you order you have a limited 1 hour window to cancel your order, passed that time your order will not be eligible for any refunds.
    5. Custom designs not seen on site – feel free to reach out we will try to accommodate. 
  • Shipping varies in time.  Typically orders of in-stock products are processed within 1 business day.  However it will depend on demand.

    Typical ship times once processed:

    Ground Advantage – Contential USA: 2-5 business days

    Ground Advantage – Hawaii/Alaska/Territories: 3-21+ business days

    Ground Saver – Contential USA: 3-6 business days

    UPS Ground – 2-3 business days

    UPS Standard – 5-10 business days

    USPS International – 1-2 weeks to Canada, 1-4 weeks worldwide. (typically 2 weeks).

     

  • Please reach out asap when asking for a return.  For in-stock products (unless on a super sale or b-stock) we do accept returns within 30 days of your order.  This is handled on a case by case basis.

    You will be asked to ship the product back to us at your expense.

    We do not accept returns past our 30 day return policy.

    For all orders outside of the USA, if your package needs customs clearance and/or VAT payment, you will be responsible to pay that fee.
