Frequently Asked Questions

    1. Restock Updates are all handled through email notifications.  However large restocks will be announced on Instagram & Twitter, as well as our newsletter.
    2. New Cables and other items are all announced through newsletter and on Instagram & Twitter
    3.  We currently are not taking custom requests due to time commitments, however we are hoping to do some in the near future.
  • Shipping for current instock items (without modifications) will typically be shipped same day (Monday – Friday) if ordered before 12:00pm (noon) EST.  Barring any emergencies on our end.

     

    Any orders after that time will be sent out the following business day.  

     

    Due to COVID-19, some orders may take longer than expected, please be patient!

     

    USPS International Shipping option is included as it is a cheap alternative, but please note it may take 1-4+ weeks to be delivered.  A lot will depend on how long it takes to clear customs in your country.

  • We accept returns for products within 30 days from when order was delivered. Customers must contact Tez Cables via email (support@tezcables.com) regarding returns within the 30 day return period. Please provide as much detail and video evidence of the defective product in the email. Once you have contacted Tez Cables, please wait up to 2 business days for a reply with final instructions.  If you do not hear back after 48 hours, please send over another email / contact ticket.  Typically we answer each one in order, but mistakes do happen.

    We do not accept returns past our 30 day return policy.   

    Return shipping is free within this 30 day period for defective/incompatible cables.  For other returns, customer damaged cables, etc. you may be charged a restocking fee.  

  • Currently we ship to over 135+ countries.  If you have issues during checkout, please contact us at support@tezcables.com

     

    For all orders outside of the USA, if your package needs customs clearance and/or VAT payment, you will be responsible to pay that fee. 

  • Our cables work with almost every keyboard on the market currently, however there are a few known expectations:

     

    For some high powered keyboards such as HHKB, Mass Drop Entr, Ctrl & Alt, and Ducky One 2 Mini, our cable work, but at a lower brightness of RGB than typically seen.  This is due to the length of our cable being over 10 feet long.

    Our Cables will NOT fit the following keyboard’s USB slots:
